1. Full payment must be made before our shipment

1. We only ship your parcel strictly upon you confirmed mailing address . We are not responsible for missing parcel with unconfirmed mailing address .
2. We ship the items within 3 business days from Monday to Friday after payment. Most items would be shipped within 3working day ( except public holidays and unexpected things ).
4 . If you do not receive the parcel after 30 days of mailing date and it needs another 20 days to track the missing parcel.
The order will be delared as gift or lower value to eliminate&minimize the your custom`s tax, and easy the custom proceeding.
