For activation, it is advised to use the correct access number to avoid higher mobile call charge. 2) Access number of 1800 87 3535 and 1800 87 3636 is both free via TM Fixed Line 3) If you are using voice instruction, you may interrupt the instruction by directly pressing the relevant function keys eg. 2 to check your balance. 4) When making calls using missed callback, do not press the 'send' or 'yes' or 'call' button on your mobile phone. As this will instruct your mobile phone to make a direct call instead of via iTalk.
